| These units are mechanically complete and operating at the time of delivery. All safety related items are present and in working order (brakes, parking brake, warning horn, load back rest, overhead guard, fork lock pins, and warning decals). Unit has been inspected and prepared in accordance with our normal predelivery inspection report. Morrison Industrial Equipment makes no claims as to present or future repairs. The efficiency, productivity, and economical operation of this unit now depends on the care it receives. Unit has a full 14 calendar day warranty, beginning on the delivery date, covering parts & labor (does not include hydraulic hoses, burned out bulbs, class two leaks, slight leaks, or damage). Maintenance and minor repairs are the customer's responsibility. Full payment is required at time of delivery. Customer has a thirty-day return option to exchange the unit for one of the equal value or pay the difference on a higher value unit (in the event this can not be done the customer will receive a refund), should the original unit not perform in the intended application. |
