| These units are mechanically complete and fully functioning units, which we believe to have many hours of operating life remaining. Units have under gone a thorough detailed inspection of components. Repairs have been made where necessary to assure safe and functional operation of components. As with OPERATING CONDITION unit all safety items will be present and in working order. Unit has been inspected and prepared in accordance with our normal predelivery inspection report. Warranty for this unit, beginning on the delivery date is: a full 30 calendar days covering parts & labor (does not include hydraulic hoses, burned out bulbs, class three leaks, seepage, or dampness, or damage) and 60 calendar days on power train (major components: engine, differential, and transmission) covering parts & labor. Maintenance and minor repairs are the customer's responsibility. Full payment is required at time of delivery. Customer has a thirty-day return option to exchange the unit for one of equal value or pay the difference on a higher value unit (in the event this can not be done the customer will receive a refund), should the original unit not perform in the intended application. |
